BREAKING: Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump launches a Tuesday night attack against Special Counsel Jack Smith, just hours after Smith complained to a federal judge about Trump’s incessant social media attacks.

In an unhinged Truth Social post, Trump declared:

“Is Deranged Jack Smith, the prosecutor who is continuously overturned due to his unchecked and insane aggression, investigating the political Hacks & Thugs of the highly partisan January 6th Unselect Committee for tampering with, deleting, and destroying highly Confidential & Classified documents, pictures, tapes, evidence, and all forms of other important information? If not, WHY? I fully believe it is because the evidence in question destroys his Fake, Election Interfering, case. DISMISS SUIT!”

Of course, Donald Trump provided zero evidence to support his personal attacks against Special Counsel Jack Smith or his accusations the January 6 Committee. He’s lashing out like a caged rat — and his desperation is showing.

It’s time for the judge to throw Trump in jail for abusing social media to poison the jury pool and interfere in Special Counsel Smith’s case against him.

BREAKING: Trump gets brutal news as a Florida lawyer files a federal lawsuit to disqualify Trump from the 2024 presidential race due to the “disqualification clause” in the Constitution's 14th Amendment than bans “insurrectionists” from office.

But it gets WORSE for Trump…

The lawyer declared in his lawsuit that it is “crystal clear” that Trump’s actions leading up to, on, and after January 6 show that he “both engaged in an insurrection and also gave aid and comfort to other individuals who were engaging in such actions, within the clear meaning of those terms as defined in Section Three of the 14th Amendment.”

The lawyer also argues that “the 800-plus page report issued last year by the congressional committee that investigated Trump's role in alleged efforts to thwart the electoral process, as well as accusations he incited the violence on Capitol Hill that day, are grounds for disqualification.”

The amendment was ratified in 1868 after the Civil War, during Reconstruction, and also addressed the citizenship status of freed slaves and the re-integration of the defeated Confederate states back into the Union.
Applying the 14th Amendment's disqualification rule to Trump has been a rising talking point this month.

 The lawyer and a growing chorus of legal scholars, even prominent conservative ones, say that the amendment does not even require a conviction in the courts — but simply a finding that he violated the clause.

BREAKING: Legal experts sound the alarm as Trumper Congressman Jim Jordan launches a sinister plot to obstruct Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ case against 2024 Donald Trump for trying to steal Biden’s win.

Today, Jim Jordan sent a letter to Willis demanding that she hand him ALL of the documents and communications that she has shared with Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Jordan's letter to Willis shamelessly argues that he can obstruct her case because Willis and her team have interviewed some of the same witnesses as Special Counsel Jack Smith — and Jordan said that Congress may want to consider changes to the "removal statute," which protects federal officials from being prosecuted for state crimes.

This is a red-alert, folks.

Jim Jordan is clearly trying to get her entire case thrown out in order to protect Trump. He has a long history of violating the constitution and all congressional norms in order to derail investigations and prosecutions of Trump — but this one is by far the most egregious because District Attorney Willis is a state prosecutor investigating crimes that Trump committed in Georgia — so Jordan has ZERO business poking his neck into her case.
