Reviewed the GDA’s business plan worth Rs. 25 billion, with Rs. 16 billion already utilized. New projects were thoroughly scrutinized on the basis of public impact, sustainability, & alignment with the Gwadar Master Plan. Detailed discussions were also held on the uplift of Old Gwadar, Pishukan, and Surbandar to ensure inclusive and balanced urban development. Gwadar is steadily transforming into a smart and sustainable city. MPA Gwadar Maulana Hidayat ur Rehman & Chairman Municipal Committee Gwadar Majid Johar also attended the meeting as public representatives to oversee GDA’s business plan & development priorities.

A PDWP meeting of the Energy Department regarding the solarization of the Balochistan High Court Complex was held on 20th April 2026, wherein the proposal submitted by the Energy Department was examined and considered in line with the prescribed procedures and rules.
