• Above all VA’s & PDH

Longs were the play today

Tried a short on the DB for half size. I got in after the trigger candle at the retest of ORH. I liked the risk to reward here. Failed on me and i should’ve pulled it at the second opportunity for a scalp but not surprised this turned because we are above VAH and PDH. Very bullish.

Really bummed i missed the second trade here.
It took off without me while at work. I had my alert set at Ny vwap, saw price retracing and didn’t catch it in time.

I know i said i was done trading but with how bullish we are I took a break and retest scalp off the Ny for a small win on the break and retest account. We sold off hard but we’re still above NY, Almost like the classic nut play when we are trending on the HTF. Had to sit in some drawdown but overall the idea worked because stops were at previous structure

NVDA Earnings After Hours

We have not broken the PDL or PDH.
We are in the VA and Below POC. Gonna wait for
the open to see which direction the vwap alignment favors.

Vwap Alignment favors longs. Double break presents first. Skipped it because I don’t like the Double break above VAH and we have vwap alignment for the longs. Price retests all vwaps + start of week then a reclaim of NY.

* I'm in on the Reclaim of NY with stops at previous structure. Target is ORH into the structure on the left

1 L on the break and retest account. Not worried about it considering our conditions today. Maybe i should’ve stayed cash or maybe i could’ve scalped the small win in hindsight, but risk is controlled and i’m just trading what’s in front of me. 🤝

ES Broke Above PDH, Above VAH + vwap alignment for Longs
NQ Above VA’s

Longs only today

• I’m looking for the double break long and break and retest long, if the double break short plays i’ll skip and take a midrange trade back to highs.

-Ny vwap outside the ORL
this is not the double break.

I want to see us reclaim all vwaps,
get the Ny above ON for a midrange setup

• ES making Higher Lows off the ON vwap
and session low anchor

I’m in on the 2nd higher low off Yd Ny
Trading back to Ny

Out at Ny because it’s outside ORL, then it dumped

Always take profit at your next level when you are fighting the Ny vwap. You can always get back in.

Double break played out. With our location I did not take this. Only other setup I want to see is the mid-range take of NY back to the lows. Got the trigger, I’m in targeting opening range low.

Out at just before 3:00 for a breakeven trade. The risk was 5.5 micros, i chose 5. Therefore i had extra room to lift my stop loss but still manage the risk and missed that candle wick by 1 tick.

Too busy with work and the gym to post earlier, but looking back at today’s session, I’m sure a lot of traders got chopped up. News tomorrow at 9am central. Hopefully some good action off that! 🤙🏽
