As a veteran, I hate that this man "salutes" during the anthem.

1. Generally speaking even Active Duty and Veterans don't salute in civies. You CAN, but most people just put their hands over their hearts.

2. He's not a veteran or active duty. POTUS is a civilian's office.

3. He's a fucking draft dodger. That's some stolen valor bullshit. You haven't earned that right, you fucking fuck.

Pete Hegseth's D-Day speech was a grotesque, ignorant, and idiotic desecration of the memory of every Allied soldier who stormed Normandy — nothing but pure American white supremacist stupidity.

To stand at the graves of young men who gave their lives fighting an actual Nazi invasion and then equate desperate migrants in rubber boats with the Third Reich is beyond disrespectful — it's morally bankrupt, historically illiterate garbage.

Those heroes liberated Europe from the same kind of fascistic tyranny the authoritarian Trump regime is promoting in America, not from immigrants seeking a better life. Weaponizing their sacrifice for cheap far-right anti-immigration rhetoric dishonors their graves and exposes Hegseth as a comic-book nobody utterly deaf to history.

There were warning signs even before the engagement was announced:
1. The Vanity Fair article 'Wild About Harry' was not what the girlfriend of a Royal did.
2. During the engagement interview the jaw tensed when traitor h referred to her as a member of the 'team' (she is not a team player) and she really was not impressed by the tiny diamonds in the engagement ring.
3. traitor h's letter begging the press to leave her alone whilst she was still living in Canada - but they did, and was the first sign of her obsession with security, more as a status symbol than safety.
4. traitor h claimed the Royal family was the 'family she never had' when her father, half-brother, half-sister and members on both sides of her family were all alive and well, with phots to prove they had been a part of her life growing up. She never wanted traitor h to meet her father (he knows the real markle) so manufactured the drama of a letter begging him to stop lying to the press and that HE broke HER heart. It was later revealed in the '5 friends court case' that she wrote that letter expecting her father to publish it. He said nothing about that letter until he responded to the article about it in People magazine.
5. Pre-wedding, the way she barged in front of traitor h during the majority of Royal engagements - I was convinced that traitor h would educate her on Royal protocols - maybe he did but she refused to listen.
6. Did she think that acting like the 'Royal rebel' (greeting Catherine and William whilst wearing ripped jeans and bare foot) was a cute look, because it wasn't.
7. Her claims of 'racism' in the Royal Family and UK press were a lie, that she sold to oprah for $$$$.
8. The Royal Family and the UK public welcomed her with open arms, and open minds, but she took that welcome and moaned that she was never asked if she was 'ok'. That was when we stopped caring.
