My question for you is: do you live in a rent stabilized apartment? As a person who worked in property management & residential leasing… they should have emailed you, not called. Why? Because them avoiding a paper trail of then informing you to only pay that amount is suspicious and can be used against you in the future (which MANY landlords have done: called a tenant saying they can pay less, tenant pays less, months later the LL uses your lack of payment against you to evict you and/or legally withhold a lease renewal).

Absolutely nothing wrong with having an OF account, sugaring, or doing this type of work. The issue is when women encounter unhinged men - which can even happen in NORMAL dating circumstances. You’re not safe ladies just because you date “regular” or “nice guys”
