@jackdomleo7 Balsamiq or Moqups are pretty decent dedicated wireframing Tools. There are also wireframe Kits for Figma / Adobe XD if you want to use a standard design tool.

@BauerVadim Both are fine choices and can do static sites. I would make it dependent on whether you want to have a framework that is opinionated about how you work with data vs. an unopinionated one.

The proven path to become a web developer:

1. HTML/CSS basics
2. JavaScript/DOM manipulation
3. Use those to build projects and modify tutorials!

Later, choose between learning a front-end framework (Vue, React) or moving toward back-end (with Node, Python, PHP or Ruby) 🔥
