The stadium belongs to Everton Women's. That L4 area of Walton and businesses in it need all the revenue they can get from footfall
That Goodison Park asset needs to be used
I'm not seeing the problem ๐คทโโ๏ธ
Better than it sitting empty
We'll all be pensioners one day
We should *all* fight for universal state pension, linked to inflation & average pay, a pension you can live on
Only a fool would vote to put themselves into poverty in old age ffs
Up there with one of the best Magic Weekends thatโฆ stadium is phenomenal.
I think anyone can win it this year. Not a stand out team in the comp, all about the last few weeks, who hits form and who gets the rub with injuries!
Honestly, I understand rivalries and that but weโve just won at the Azteca, at altitude, against a home nation, with 10 men and defended for 10 minutes of added to get into a World Cup QF.
If you canโt say youโre proud after all that, we might as well all pack up and go home.
One huge positive that Everton has over Newcastle is that the stadium is much more compact. So even though both have similar capacities the atmosphere at Everton felt much better.
Thanks to Margi and Brian, who organise friendly tennis matches for our members each Friday. Last night, members were able to play matches against Waterloo Tennis Club, followed by an opportunity to socialise and share some food ๐ ๐พ ๐ฅ
A tribute act from last season as itโs a back to back fixture weekend; we face Ambleside at home today. Letโs hope the rain stays away ๐ค Bar open from 12, BBQ available after cricket

A couple of people asked why I call it the Dougie Donnelly Test, after they nattered away during fans singing Wonderwall.
Here at the 07 Scottish League Cup final, Dougie shows all his broadcasting nous and allows viewers to hear Hibs fans sing Sunshine on Leith.
Pure magic.
@1878carter Yeah fair enough , I just don't like the round collar and the yellow in it for a home kit . Anyway as long they win in it is all that matters ๐ช
