I think we're at the start of another gaming market crash, not because consumers have stopped buying games, no.

But because the suits who have very little idea of what it takes to make a game or put a game engine together think that AI can do the job and because of that people are expendable.

They're going to find out the hard way and so will people who buy Microsoft's next console.
