@reece_dinsdale So sorry at the loss of your friend Reece. I turned 62 recently and am losing friends in their 50's. Even people who had lived so healthily and eaten well, exercised etc. It is shit. You're right. Pardon my French but you put it so well. x

Massive, grateful thanks to train conductor Lee O'Brien and Georgia of Passenger Assist at Cardiff Central station this afternoon, for helping me transfer trains from Barry and onwards to my home in Shropshire. My train left Cardiff central at 5.14 today. You were both so kind!

@tfwrail Hi Holly, the conductor Lee O' Brien was just helping Passenger Assist at Cardiff Central Station. He wasn't on the 5.14 service from Cardiff to Holyhead. He helped me transfer onto the 5.14pm train to Shrewsbury, alongside his colleague Georgia who works for Passenger Assist.

@tfwrail Thank you Nia. Please make sure the management at Cardiff Central station know how valued Ian Doel is at his Passenger Assist role and how much of a loss he will be now he is going back to a more security based role. That will be an absolute traversty. Customers value him so much

@tfwrail I would like to highly praise staff member at Cardiff Central Station, Ian Doel who has been working as Passenger Assist since last Summer. I have made nearly 40 trips to and from South Wales from Shropshire and he has provided me with such kind, helpful assistance.
