Today, I was debugging an issue using Claude while building an extension in VS Code. When I didn't get the intended outcome, I asked Claude to look at it... It confidently told me not to test in Cursor as VS Code had the updated VSIX...

This is the confidence I am lacking...

In my company, we have multiple channels for communicating internally and externally. As a result, for a particular feature, we have at least 3 places where decisions exist. This results in high noise clutter and messy retrieval. It's highly problematic for me. Anyone else facing the same thing?
