@4ladshadadream This sounds great to fans/shareholders, suggesting an element of cost-saving (the equivalent of pennies) which could be reinvested in the playing squad.
When, in fact, the staff they are making redundant have significant and lengthy experiences in the club. Forced out. Toxic.
@4ladshadadream โNo department or individual gets a free pass at Rangers.โ
Ok Jim. Why are the crosshairs being aimed first at core support staff with 10+ years experience across departments? Toxic culture being built ๐๐ป
@4ladshadadream ๐ the staff who have been โbuilding and maintaining relationships with agents and familiesโ for 10+ years are being made redundant, with the work being spread across non-specialist staff with zero experience of this.
The academy is a hugely toxic place to work currently.
Me at HT at Ibrox:
โGoing down to 10 men might not be so bad, Martin is backed into a corner and will be forced to play a more pragmatic brand of footballโ

Torture.
Farewell Sweet Moroccan Prince. Some brilliant flashes of raw talent, perhaps not harnessed to its max by various managers. We were always a stepping stone though, and clearly wasnโt fit/interested this summer so a good fee/solution for all parties.
