@agoda this is the email from the call centre - but hotel said they will refund! What’s going on ? Please contact me immediately to rectify as it seems your staff are giving conflicting info to your customers or there is some miscommunication somewhere. Please reply !

@agoda call centre told me the hotel didn’t want to refund, but that’s not true! (See below) please rectify immediately as it is spoiling the holiday that hasn’t begun!

@agoda Due to #agoda system error I got a double booking. Called hotline & was assured a refund, but last msg was no refund as I cancelled a non-refundable booking. Ridiculous as it is #agoda system’s error! It’s been 4 wks & the hotel confirmed they will refund - please help!
