@EurekaforbesIN Yesterday once again I received WA message at 9.09 PM!!
Sales Customer Care has closed my complaint w/o any action saying that we can't take action. They advised me to take up with Customer Care TF No. I did twice but no action!!
Social Media team is clueless/helpless/ignorant!!

I had purchased water purifier in exchange of old purifier. New purifier was installed & old was taken away by EF Sales person. But I am getting WhatsApp messages for AMC of old purifier regularly!! I wrote many emails to EF CC. They assure to (see next message)

By the way, after failure from JM I ordered same items from other service provider (₹99 for free delivery) & received them within 15min. JM put me in anxiety & stress for the whole day!! Introspect for remaining in the race!!

Reason given was ALL 4 ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK. Then why order was booked??
JM CC Executive said I will get its refund but how will refund be generated when order is still open? Seriously review your Ops team's performance ALSO as they spoil yr gud image

After you made policy of making free delivery above ₹399 I had stopped purchasing from JM. Being loyal consumer of JM I ordered 4 items worth ₹ 1,400. They were not supplied

Shockingly the status in my JM App still shoes that "to be delivered"!!

I booked grocery order at 8.30AM today. JM assured delivery by 9.05 AM under "Quick Delivery" category. It's 4.30 PM - grocery is not delivered after "many hours". I don't know what is the definition of "QUICK" for Jio Mart?!!!

@JioMart_Support Leave it....after whole day's calls to JM customer care number (4 times) and raising two complaint tickets WERE CLOSED W/O ANY ACTION, I have come to know that my order has been cancelled as "Grocery items are not in stock (then why order was booked??).

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel All 4 times they say that we r transferring your call to concerned person who will help you. After transferring line I GO ON LISTENING TO MUSIC BUT NO ONE IS RESPONDING (It says that call waiting time is 1 min. But for 10 min no one responds!!

Horrible service by Airtel!! I hv Airtel Black connection which was kept in Safe Custody. Safe custody was removed today & asked me to call after 1 Hr. After painful IVR options I connected 4 times.

I have kept my Airtel Black connection under 'Safe Custody'. I am getting messages every third day to return router & modem. Writing DM whenever I receive WA message but Airtel is SILENT & INACTIVE!! Insensitive Airtel!!!!

I am still getting calls everyday asking to surrender set-up box!! I have written email to stop calls but they either don't understand my complaint OR pretending that they don't understand and copy-pasting same reply repeatedly!! I am feeling harassed through this!!

In last order PE didn't supply measuring cups in liquid medicine. I wrote email for supplying it in current order. Instead of supplying three liquid bottles with cups PE cancelled the order!! Totally unprofessional act!! Can't get response on CS phone number 😞

@JioMart_Support Today's order too is cancelled without any specific reason. One-by-one my all orders are cancelled!! Is Jio Mart giving 'discriminatory' treatment to me!! If it is so then it's unethical practice adopted by Jio Mart. Pls let me know the reason for rejecting all my orders.

Message continued...and Jio Mart is increasing delivery expense (some items are delivered, some not). Why can't Jio Mart program ordering system which prompts consumer about non-availability of item at order placing stage itself?!

@JioMart_Support Item ordered first time was not supplied. I ordered the same category of item of another brand ALSO COULDN'T BE SUPPLIED. This order too was cancelled by JM (not me). Do you show pictures of commodities which are not in stock l but to show big list so people get impressed?!

@JioMart_Support This is like political statement!!I ordered alternate product. JM vouched for 'delivery within 10 to 30 min' of this product. Surprisingly & shockingly 'Hours have passed' but it's not delivered. Don't showcase many products if you don't have it! Are you capable? Or lack of Will?
