Жителя Зеленограда пытаются привлечь к ответственности за то, что он выложил в Сеть видео с разрушенными мебелью и техникой в своей квартире после атаки БПЛА и задался вопросом, кто это все оплатит. Полицейские уже опросили его, как нарушителя запрета на «распространение последствий атаки беспилотников».

Как выяснили ВЧК-ОГПУ и https://t.co/2RapCOV1dZ, во время атаки БПЛА 17 мая серьезно пострадала квартира жителя корпуса 2038. Взрывной волной выбило окна, были разрушены мебель и бытовая техника, пострадали стены, потолки. Если окна и фасады восстанавливают власти, то все остальное- нет. В результате житель выложил в Сеть видео (см ролик), на котором были исключительно последствия случившегося внутри его квартиры. И задался вопросом, кто оплатит ущерб. К теме подключились юристы, которые пришли к выводу, что это должно делать государство. Официально в России не объявлены война или ЧС, СКР все атаки БПЛА расценивает, как «акты терроризма», поэтому, по мнению юристов, должна применяться статья 18 ФЗ № 35-ФЗ «О противодействии терроризму», где четко сказано: «государство осуществляет компенсационные выплаты за ущерб, причиненный жизни, здоровью и имуществу в результате теракта». Сообщение пострадавшего вызвало сотни «ответов» с поддержкой от жителей Зеленограда. А вскоре он обнаружил в почтовом ящике повестку с вызовом в местный отдел полиции. Там пострадавшему объявили, что на него будут составлять акт об административном правонарушении по статье 15.5 КоАП Москвы. Речь идет о запрете на публикацию последствий прилетов БПЛА, которые 12 мая ввела антитеррористическая комиссия Москвы. Полицейские расценили видео повреждений в квартире, как нарушение этого запрета. Похоже, что житель Зеленограда затронул очень «больную тему».

Last night, our long-range sanctions once again reached the Moscow region – for the second time this week, the Moscow oil refinery was hit. Targets were also struck in the Rostov region and in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This is a fully justified response to Russian attacks on our cities and communities, and another important result of our warriors’ work against facilities that sustain Russia’s war machine. I thank our Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine for their coordinated efforts – the Security Service of Ukraine, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, Defense Intelligence, and our missile brigade for their precision.

In recent days, all of our partners have noted the precision and effectiveness of our mid-range strikes and long-range sanctions. It is time the war ended, and Russia must take the necessary steps in diplomacy.

This time, the Moscow region felt the reach of Ukraine’s long-range capabilities. An oil refinery was hit at a distance of 500 kilometers. I thank the warriors of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, and the Missile Forces for their effective work.

Russia must be forced to end its war against our people. And Ukraine’s long-range weapons are one of the important components of such pressure.

This is a just response to Russian strikes – and to the dragging out of a war that must be ended.

A humiliating morning for the Russian dictator, as the largest refinery in Moscow and one of the largest in Russia, now burns after a barrage of Ukrainian drones bypassed the country's most protected airspace.

Processing 12.8 million tonnes per year (245,000–250,000 barrels per day), this refinery supplies roughly 35–40% of the fuel consumed in Moscow and the surrounding region.

The Dovzhenko film studio in Kyiv is one of the oldest centers of world cinema. Established in 1927, it’s where Dziga Vertov, Sergey Paradzhanov and obviously Oleksandr Dovzhenko shot some of their masterpieces. It survived WWII because its collection was evacuated to Central Asia before the Nazi takeover. This morning, it was hit by Russian missiles. The entire collection of 100,000 costumes going back nearly a century burned down. Other priceless artifacts gone, too.
