@terratacticsglb@aravindkumarsd When Jason questioned Harish, you called it bullying and a targeted attack. Now you’re raising doubts about shell companies and FEMA violations without showing proof. When you do it, it’s a “reasonable doubt” but when Jason does it it’s bullying? What a double standard 😂🥴
@ChattyTexan Wait so Indians are responsible for American immigration policies now? Your government makes the laws, your politicians decide the visa rules, and somehow Indians are the problem for legally following them? maybe question the people you voted for instead of blaming immigrants.
@terratacticsglb@aravindkumarsd Now you're targeting Jason? Why are you doing a targeted attacks by going into his financial. Who are you to do that? 🥴🥴
@terratacticsglb@aravindkumarsd Why are you sitting on X accusing Jason of causing Harish’s death? Why are you publicly exposing his alleged connection with Srinivasan? Who are you to investigate all this? Go file a police complaint and stay silent, as per your own logic or are these rules only for others?😂🤷🏻♂️
@terratacticsglb@aravindkumarsd Now you’re changing the topic 😂. Your original argument was that people should report to authorities instead of exposing someone publicly. Now you’re talking about fraud and money laundering allegations. If Jason made false claims, question him with evidence.
@terratacticsglb@aravindkumarsd Oh so according to you citizens should silently report everything to authorities and never question anyone publicly? share the Indian law that says this. Until then stop confusing your personal opinion with legal rules. Public criticism with evidence is not automatically bullying
I’m also thinking of opening a clinic because I know mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell. I even suggest medicines to my friends when they have fever or cough. Nobody has died so far, so I guess I’m doing a good thing. Why should I need a medical licence? 😂
@rajeshk41 The problem is people confusing accountability with hate. If someone is involved in illegal activities or violates regulations, exposing it with evidence is not bullying. You can’t dismiss everything as a mistake and expect people to stay silent. Criticism is not harassment.
The Curious Case of Instagram Account Take-down
I have combed through hundreds of tweets, comments, and posts—and I have yet to find a single shred of evidence showing that Jason actually reported that account himself. (Merely saying a particular account is indulging in unauthorized financial advice does not amount to actual reporting.)
All he did was share screenshots forwarded by others, and he credited the sources for the photos clearly. So why was a false narrative manufactured that Jason "single-handedly brought down" the account?
This isn't rocket science to verify. A simple requisition to Meta or a check of email notifications would prove who flagged what.
Be that as it may, when did reporting an account on a social media app become a criminal offense? If reporting a community guideline violation is a crime, then where does that logic end?
1. Does Meta become a co-conspirator for reviewing the flags and taking the account down?
2. Are those everyday retail users who reported misleading content now criminals too?
Reporting policy violations is a built-in feature available in every social media platform, and to equate that with criminal intimidation is absurd.
Platforms like Meta do not randomly suspend or close an account. They have their own due diligence to verify if there is a bot, fraudulent mechanism, suspicious activities, or coordinated attacks based on IP, timestamps, account IDs, origin of reports, and nature of such reports.
@ambmarxperi you have Free Palestine in your profile, supporting people who publicly question injustice. But when someone here questions possible wrongdoing with evidence, you call it public policing and ask them to stay silent and report only to authorities? Why this double standard?
@RazzmatazzJoe@chennaipolice_ And you still haven’t answered my question. Where is your proof of an organised criminal syndicate and political involvement?
@RazzmatazzJoe@chennaipolice_ Police press release is not a court verdict. Police collecting evidence and alleging an offence doesn’t mean guilt is legally proven. That’s for the court to decide after examining the evidence.
@medisimon Reporting to SEBI is one option, but there is no law saying you cannot question someone publicly with evidence. That’s freedom of speech and citizen journalism. If Jason encouraged harassment, that should be investigated.
