@SenMarcoRubio@RepMoolenaar Another idea is to encourage the SEC to pay due attention to the CPC turning balance sheets into battle fields. Our CEO recommends these questions for Gensler :

Here are some good questions:
1. Every 2- 5 years, PRC agents take $1 Trillion of US IP. Does the SEC track thefts of that significance?
2. Do those thefts not have a material effect on US balance sheets?
3. What is the SEC doing to alert US investors about those impairments?
@BankingGOP ask Gensler about why the SEC is failing to recover value for harmed U.S. investors from the CPC's IP fraud. Gensler is focused on the existential threat of climate change and should focus on the existential and very real financial threat of Communism.

In this article I share my thoughts on the question of whether the crisis in Ukraine puts Beijing in a bind. The short answer: not unless the US and its allies make it so. @ACGlobalChina@PointeBello
The reversal of the investment ban on Xiaomi set a precedent for other blacklisted entities to pursue their own lawsuits. It’s time the US meet the CPC’s challenge in court.
If Biden is serious about blocking American financing for the Chinese military, his officials should use readily available evidence, writes Patrick Jenevein.
"The decision to allow Xiaomi to access U.S. capital also sets a dangerous precedent. "
