I was detained by Spanish police for two hours today in Madrid.

Taken to the police station, fingerprinted, treated like a criminal because I showed up at the public square to have peaceful conversations about how children are being harmed.

Spain has done nothing to stop giving kids puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

While sitting at the station with criminals in handcuffs, I was able to contact @lukomski_sebito at @hazteoir using my Apple Watch, after my phones had been taken.

These two beautiful lawyers dropped everything and showed up at the police station soon after.

Now we’re back in the same public square. at Puerta del Sol.

I remember Tommy actually advocating for your free speech over the political persecution you endured over some stickers? And despite the fact that ideologically, you and he are miles apart, that shows the character, consistency, and the measure of Tommy as an individual.

But instead of accepting that with the grace it deserved, you attack him (again) and call him out for a liar?

Let's look at the evidence that has already been posted, it's there for everyone to see.

Your issue here is the use of the word 'section' instead of the word 'schedule'.

A misunderstanding is not a lie Sam, I'd bet you already knew that though. All of the paperwork Tommy had was posted at the time, the paperwork clearly shows he was detained under schedule 3 of the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019. Nothing was hidden from public view, nobody was 'lied to' as you put it.

Under schedule 3 of Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019 it clearly states:

(4) An examining officer may exercise the powers under this paragraph whether or not there are grounds for suspecting that a person is or has been engaged in hostile activity.

(5) A person is or has been engaged in hostile activity for the purposes of this Schedule if the person is or has been concerned in the commission, preparation or instigation of a hostile act that is or may be—

(a) carried out for, or on behalf of, a State other than the United Kingdom, or

(b) otherwise in the interests of a State other than the United Kingdom.

(6) An act is a “hostile act” if it—

(a) threatens national security,

(b) threatens the economic well-being of the United Kingdom in a way relevant to the interests of national security, or

(c) is an act of serious crime.

Tommy was detained because he's an enemy of the state, he's not a terrorist, he's not a national security threat to the UK, and all you want to do is parse words to fit your agenda.

Imagine just being released from police detention after a long haul flight, read rights under the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019, and rushing to get information out there asap so the public would know about whats happened (again) to him.

Sam, you wouldn't last a day in his shoes, and rather than being graceful and inquiring, you are accusatory and demeaning. That says a lot more about you than it does Tommy.

I thought I'd repost what has already been posted and available for everyone to see, so they can make their minds up for themselves.

The fact that police used the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019 in another attempt to 'get him' speaks volumes, as does your inability or unwillingness to empathise with his situation, or to see through a typo, a misunderstanding.

It's an issue you alone need to wrestle with.

Swap the words 'section' and 'schedule' (not that it makes any huge or significant difference in the grand scheme of things) and shove your pathetic and dishonest accusation where the sun doesn't shine.

Your dislike for black and brown people, your hatred and obsession for Jews, and your dishonest agenda is very clear indeed.

You are not fit to shine Tommy's shoes.
