We’d like to thank our workshop leaders for their assistance and for providing a source of leadership for our students. These workshop leaders included Eldridge from V.O.I.C.E.S RandomISH Facts & Fashion, our cosmetologists Sam and Laurie, and staff from the ThedaCare Oshkosh Clinic. Without your support, ACE wouldn’t be where it is today!
A special thank you to the staff of Menasha Joint School District and Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley for their help with the ACE Program for the students of Menasha High School last April! Everyone had a blast with the program, walking away with new excitement for future career aspirations and new skills under their belt! ACE Program of Menasha is coming up very soon! This full-day program for high school students in the Menasha School District will be held at the Boys and Girls Club in Menasha on April 28, 2026. It will feature hands-on industry-led workshops giving students a taste of many potential career paths, including Law, Architecture, Culinary/Baking, and Business Management/Procurement!

The Academic Career Empowerment (ACE) Program is returning to Oshkosh in the next couple of weeks on April 22nd. Created for the high school students of the Oshkosh Area School District, this program brings them to the FVTC Oshkosh Riverside Campus for a full day of hands-on workshops in three major career pathways and skills, including Cosmetology, Public Speaking, and various Healthcare career paths.

Join us for our next HERS Group this upcoming Friday, on March 13th, from 12:45 pm to 3:00 pm, as we gather to talk about positive self-images, where talking positively about yourself can lead to a happier you!

Manager In Training (MIT) Program 2026 Is Here Again!
We are excited to announce that the Manager In Training (MIT) Program 2026 is now open for applications!
This year, leading partners including BMO Bank and SECURA, among others, will be supporting our high school and college students through this life-changing opportunity.
This is a serious opportunity for students who are ready to step into the business world and gain real, hands-on experience.
Participants will complete a full professional rotation across key departments, including:
• Finance
• IT
• Purchasing
• Marketing
• Claims
• Product Development
Students will gain practical exposure, mentorship, and workplace readiness skills that prepare them for future careers and leadership.
If you are a high school or college student who is motivated, career-focused, and ready to learn, this program is for you.
