Great feedback, and you were right. We just shipped a guided Journey: you start in a beginner zone with a clear objective on screen at all times, level up by defeating monsters, and the wild lands open at level 5. After that you get hunting contracts for loot, tribes, and friend invite tasks. Reload the game to try it, and tell us what you think!

Great question, and thanks for pointing it out! We just added more storage:

Chests: craft a Chest at the Workbench (8 planks) and place it anywhere. It holds 27 stacks. An Iron Chest (Chest + 8 iron ingots) holds 54. Press E or right-click it to open.
Bank: find the Banker NPC in any village (next to the nurse) and choose “Bank” for a personal vault, 30 slots, upgradable with gold.
Bigger backpack: buy the Traveler’s Pack (+6 slots) and Expedition Pack (+12 slots) at the General Store, then use them from your bag.
