When #Pokemon first came out, I thought that I was too old for it. But then, I met the badboy #Mewtwo & he became my forever #FavoritePokemon friend. And then, I met someone IRL who also happened to love Pokémon & they became my #BestFriend & #PartnerInLife. #MyPokemonStory.
Tip: When using special names to get the guaranteed #eeveelutions in #PokemonGO:
You can check which names you've already used by seeing what shows up on the Evolve button when you name an Eevee.
A silhouette means you haven't used the name & a ? means you've already used it.
Today, my partner & I saw our 1st #Gible shadow in #PokemonGO.
We usually don't chase Pokémon, but this time, my partner drove us for the chance & we both caught it! Its stats weren't great, but who cares!
Then, we decided to trade & more magic happened.
❤️ you my #LuckyFriend
@NianticHelp@GeeksontheGo2 I only got my first Sinnoh stone a few weeks ago through Research and now I'm terrified to use it b/c I have no idea when I'll get another one. That said, I feel like the system of using battling to earn the stones is a bit punishing to those of us who aren't terribly into PvP.
@djmindphuk@NianticHelp Actually, I never had to until these last few releases. Prior, the only time I had to re-approve Adventure Sync was when I either manually cleared out the app data or when I deleted the app and re-downloaded. Don't know about you, but I also never have to log in again either.
@NianticHelp@Catherinemcg27 I actually observed the same thing with my PokeBall Plus. Slakoth was mostly easy for me to manually catch - curve or no curve - but I finally turned off the 'catch' feature on my Plus because after over 20 attempts, I caught exactly 1 Slakoth. It was a frustrating experience.
Hi @NianticHelp! Can you please tell me if I can use my Pokémon Trainer Club username as my Pokémon Go name? I currently use my PTC account to log into Go, but my Go name is different. I would like to use the same name for all of my Pokémon PTC-related accounts if possible! Thx!
@NianticHelp Just to let you know: For me, with each new update, I've had to turn on Adventure Sync again... And again... And again. I had to turn on Adventure Sync again because of this last update.
Yes! I have had this issue occur even with newly spawned Pokémon. I first started noticing it during the Bug Event and then it became more pronounced later on. @NianticHelp
I recently transferred #Mewtwo from Go into Let's Go. While his IVs weren't the best, he's got it where it counts. He's also "Strong willed" which reminds me of what he told Giovanni who was trying to break him in #MewtwoReturns. "Maybe my body, but never my will!" #Nostalgia
@allicesaurus Now I have hope for my Shiny Horsea when I try again! I finally broke my streak to play another game after multiple hours per multiple days of no results.
@CrimsonZEXAL I had a streak going when I caught my shiny Rhyhorn, but only minutes after breaking the same streak, I ran into a shiny Paras. On the other hand, I did the same as your friend looking for a Horsea but gave up finding it days later because I wanted to play a different game.
@lemoneater@PokemonGoApp I use a Fitbit and I use an app called Fit to Fit to share that data with Google Fit which shares with my game. The process isn't perfect - I've had to reset a few times here and there - but it works. If you use only Google Fit, does Adventure Sync work?
@lemoneater@PokemonGoApp It works for me on Android on an LG phone. As far as I understand, Google Fit needs to be activated on the account you choose to use for Adventure Sync. If you use a third party fitness device then the device needs to be able to share data with Google Fit.
