— مع أن الحرب حرب إسرائيل، إلا أن الثمن الباهظ الذي يُدفع هو أولًا من قِبل المسلمين، ثم من قِبل الإنسانية جمعاء.

— القنابل والصواريخ تنشر الموت... بعد أن يهدأ الضجيج، سنعيش معًا من جديد على هذه الأرض. أعتقد أنه لا ينبغي لأحد أن ينسى هذه الحقيقة.

— نرفض أي عمل أو نقاش من شأنه أن يُؤجّج العداء بين الشعوب الشقيقة، ويدعم مخططات الصهيونية في سياسة فرق تسد التي تستهدف منطقتنا.

— الصدمات المؤقتة أو العالمية لن تثنينا عن أهدافنا. بإذن الله، سنصل إلى غايتنا في نهاية المطاف.

— هناك حقيقةٌ واقعةٌ لتركيا، فرغم الضربات التي تلقتها من كثيرٍ من الأفراد غير الأكفاء والطموحين، إلا أنها ما زالت صامدةً شامخةً كالصخر. لن يستطيع أحدٌ أن يُخضع هذه تركيا.

— لن نتراجع عن سياستنا الخارجية السلمية، التي بنيناها على محور السلام للجميع، والاستقرار للجميع، والطمأنينة للجميع.

— لأول مرة منذ عام ١٩٦٧، لم تُؤدَّ صلاة العيد في المسجد الأقصى. هذا التجاوز للقانون اعتداءٌ سافرٌ على عقيدة ملياري مسلم.

— بغض النظر عن الذريعة، لا يجوز اغتصاب حق المسلمين في الصلاة في المسجد الأقصى، أو منعه، أو حظره.

في عام ٨٤٤م (٢٣٠هـ)، كان العالم القديم يرتجف من مـخــلـــوقـــات تأتي من الشمال البارد. رجال عمالقة، لا يعرفون الرحمة، يركبون سفناً برؤوس تنانين، ويحرقون الأخضر واليابس. أسمتهم أوروبا "الفايكنج"، وكان الملوك يدفعون لهم الذهب والفضة فقط ليرحلوا. اغتر الفايكنج بقوتهم، وظنوا أن كل أراضي الجنوب سهلة المنال، فقرروا ارتكاب "الخطأ القاتل": مهاجمة دولة المسلمين في الأندلس.
وصل أسطول ضخم إلى السواحل الغربية للأندلس. أطلق عليهم اسم "الـمـــجـــوس" (ظناً منهم أنهم يعبدون النار بسبب طقوس حــرق مــوتـــاهـــم). تسللوا عبر نهر الوادي الكبير، مستغلين غفلة الدولة وعدم وجود أسوار لمدينة "إشبيلية" آنذاك. دخلوها كالإعصار. تقول المصادر إنهم عاثوا فيها فــســـاداً، قــتــلـــوا الرجال، وسـبـــوا النساء، وحين وصلوا إلى المسجد الجامع، وجدوا فيه شيوخاً كباراً في السن يتعبدون، فلم يرحموا شيبتهم، بل ذبــحـــوهـــم بـالـســـيـــوف وأحــرقـــوا المسجد . ظن الفايكنج أن الأمر انتهى، وأن الأندلس ستركع كما ركعت ممالك أوروبا، وبدأوا يجمعون الغنائم باسترخاء.
في قرطبة، وصل الخبر إلى الأمير الأموي "عبد الرحمن الثاني" لم يرتعد ولم يجمع الذهب ليدفعه فدية. أرسل الأمير قادته المحنكين (وعلى رأسهم الحاجب عيسى بن شهيد)، وأمر بتعبئة الجيوش فوراً. كان التكتيك الإسلامي عبقرياً: "لا تواجهوا هـيـــاج الفايكنج وجهاً لوجه في البداية.. استدرجوهم". أخلى المسلمون المدن، وتراجعوا إلى "قرمونة" والمرتفعات، تاركين الفايكنج يغرقون في سكر نصرهم المؤقت، بينما كانت الكمائن تُنصب في كل زاوية.
بدأ الفايكنج بالزحف برياً نحو "مورور"، ظناً منهم أن الجيش الإسلامي خائف. لكن فجأة، انقضت عليهم الخيالة الإسلامية. كانت هذه أول مرة في التاريخ تلتقي فيها الـســـيـــوف الخفيفة الحادة مع الـفـــؤوس الإسكندنافية الثقيلة. في مــعــركـــة " طليطلة" التاريخية، حدثت الـمـــجـــزرة. ترجل القادة المسلمون عن خيولهم ، وطوقت القوات الإسلامية الفايكنج من الجانبين، وفصلوا بينهم وبين سفنهم. تحول المشهد إلى كـابـــوس للغزاة. ســقـــط أكثر من ٥٠٠ قــتــيـــل من نخبة الفايكنج في ساعة واحدة، وجُـــرح الآلاف. وأحــرقـــ الكثير من سفنهم ولأول مرة، رأى العالم "الوحوش الشقراء" تفر هاربة نحو النهر.
أدرك الفايكنج أن هؤلاء القوم ليسوا كباقي أوروبا. انسحب الباقون منهم في هلع، ومن نجا منهم وعاش في الأندلس . بنى الأمير عبد الرحمن بعدها سور إشبيلية وأسطولاً بحرياً مرعباً، لدرجة أن الفايكنج حين حاولوا العودة بعد سنوات، تم سـحــقــهـــم في البحر قبل أن يطأوا الشاطئ.
في أفلام هوليوود، يظهر الفايكنج كقوة لا تُقهر، لكن التاريخ الموثق في يخبرنا بالحقيقة: انتصر التنظيم على الفوضى، وانتصر التوحيد على الوثنية. كانت معركة أثبتت أن "الفايكنج" أقوياء فقط.. أمام الضعفاء.

Guys Prabowo baru saja digugat di PTUN Jakarta.
Bukan oleh partai oposisi. Bukan oleh politisi. Tapi oleh koalisi masyarakat sipil CELIOS, AJI, WALHI, Indonesia for Global Justice, dan beberapa organisasi lainnya.
Gugatannya soal apa?
Perjanjian dagang Indonesia-Amerika yang Prabowo tanda tangani tanggal 19 Februari 2026 tanpa persetujuan DPR. Tanpa partisipasi publik yang bermakna.
Namanya Agreement on Reciprocal Trade atau ART.

Dan ini bukan gugatan receh.
Pasal yang dilanggar sudah jelas. Pasal 11 UUD 1945 presiden mau bikin perjanjian internasional soal perdamaian, perang, atau perdagangan harus minta persetujuan DPR dulu. UU Nomor 24 Tahun 2000 tentang Perjanjian Internasional pasal 2 dan 10 juga dilanggar.
Sebelum gugatan ini masuk CELIOS sudah kirim surat keberatan resmi ke Presiden tanggal 23 Februari. Berdasarkan undang-undang Presiden punya 10 hari kerja untuk merespons.

Batas waktunya 9 Maret 2026.
Tidak ada respons. Tidak ada tanggapan. Tidak ada tindakan apapun.
Diam total.
Dan diam itu dalam hukum administrasi negara — bukan berarti tidak ada masalah. Justru sebaliknya. Diam itu memperkuat landasan gugatan.
Dua hari setelah batas waktu habis gugatan resmi didaftarkan ke PTUN Jakarta.

Koalisi juga minta provisi agar PTUN menunda pelaksanaan ART selama proses sidang berlangsung sampai ada putusan berkekuatan hukum tetap.

ART bukan perjanjian dagang biasa. Ini perjanjian yang secara fundamental mengubah arah kebijakan ekonomi Indonesia dari kedaulatan nasional menuju ketergantungan struktural pada kepentingan Amerika Serikat.

Dan ini perlu dikaitkan dengan yang sudah gw bahas sebelumnya.
Mahkamah Agung Amerika sendiri sudah memutuskan bahwa Trump tidak berwenang menentukan tarif dagang tanpa persetujuan Senat. Artinya fondasi hukum dari sisi Amerika juga bermasalah.

Malaysia sudah batalkan perjanjian serupa setelah putusan itu keluar. Bilang terang-terangan — perjanjiannya tidak ada lagi.
Dan sekarang Indonesia punya dua masalah sekaligus.
Dari dalam perjanjian ditanda tangani tanpa prosedur konstitusional yang benar. Digugat di PTUN oleh masyarakat sipil.

Dari luar fondasi hukum perjanjian itu dari sisi Amerika juga sudah digugurkan pengadilannya sendiri.
Perjanjian yang dari dua sisi hukumnya bermasalah. Dan tidak ada satu pun penjelasan publik yang transparan dari pemerintah soal manfaat konkretnya bagi rakyat Indonesia.

Feri Amsari sudah bilang ini dari awal kalau presiden tidak patuh konstitusinya sendiri dan tidak ada yang bisa mengawasi karena DPR koalisinya satu suara yang hilang bukan sekadar prosedur.
Yang hilang adalah jaminan bahwa keputusan sebesar ini diambil dengan akuntabilitas yang seharusnya.
