While the first TCG expansion released in Russian was XY, there were cards designed in Russian going back as far as DP.

The Russian release of the TCG didn't last long, and BREAKpoint was the final expansion released. Despite this, logos and product images for the rest of the XY era were produced and exist within the Pokémon TCG Online.

The Canadian release does include Cosplay Pikachu, but separates them into two (partial) screenshots.

The "UK4" releases of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, distributed primarily in Scandinavian regions, do not mention Cosplay Pikachu on the back cover like other regions, due to the amount of text required.

A possible explanation for this is that Vietnamese was historically written using Chinese characters, which are also used in Japanese as kanji.

Pokémon names in Vietnamese are romanized versions of their Japanese names. This is unlike other Southeast Asian languages written in the Latin script, which use the English names.
