WTF is this @NianticHelp @NianticLabs.
The store through the app is blank so I can’t even go and buy remote raid passes. FYI - I’ve only completed one remote raid today, I’ve shut down the app and reopened it a dozen times and also checked if the app needs updating which it doesn’t. And I have turned my Wi-Fi off and started using my mobile data to see if that would contribute to the issue which it doesn’t.

Hey @NianticHelp if your “test” for ownership of an account somehow allows for actual owners being unable to reclaim their accounts when you know it’s theirs, it’s a bs test. DO BETTER.

@NianticLabs How about an update with decent security that prevents hackers from compromising player data and stealing their accounts? And while you’re at it, how about restoring the accounts of hundreds, maybe thousands, of victims? DO THE RIGHT THING.
