yung mga ganitong messages yung lalong nagpapalala ng inis ko sa nangyari kasi imagine all the effort people have put into planning the trip, only for everything to get rescheduled a week before the actual date. what about the sacrifices they made? yung mga nag-file ng leave, nag-book ng flights and accommodations, nag-adjust ng schedules, at naglaan ng time and money for this? kaniya-kaniya na? mind you, not even a single apology mula sa inyo. instead, you asked us for understanding, while failing to show the same understanding to the people who were directly affected by this.

while i understand na may mga unexpected changes talaga, but i hope the management also understands that these changes have real consequences for the people who planned around the original schedule. not everyone in this fanmily can simply afford to absorb the additional costs and inconvenience brought by this. sana po may alternative approach or some form of assistance or compensation for those who were inconvenienced by this, especially since better planning and coordination could have prevented some of this mess in the first place.

hay nako. i really hope you do something about this and not just leave the people affected to deal with the consequences on their own. 🙂
