@KizzityKaito eris's character was always built on traits like strength and devotion and those only got amplified even more throughout the story especially after building a family which to me is the opposite of flanderization
Granted I'm not the most media literate guy and could be wrong

@KizzityKaito I do get where you're coming from especially at this point in the story but as time goes and she gains more things to care about like a family and a home it will be more than just about rudy and she does have an end of series conflict that I won't spoil that adds to her character
