@Uber_Canada Not to mention that @UberEats has no other way of support, than the support chat - or at least I cannot find it anywhere. No numbers, no e-mails.

@Uber_Canada I rencetly placed an order on Uber Eats. A few seconds after I did it, I noticed that the delivery address was incorrect - it was my work address. as I did not see any other options, I cancelled it and called the restaurant immediately, and they had not yet started.

@Uber_Canada I ended up making the order again while at the restaurant and they even let me take a picture of their screen with the cancelled order. This is really poor customer service. I'd expect a bit more proactiveness in verifying the issue instead of just working off of a script.

@Uber_Canada I was denied my refund and the restaurant didn't get their money either because the order was cancelled. I spoke with the manager and all they could tell me was "good luck with Uber eats"...

@Uber_Canada Not even a minute after I ordered it. Even after I told the support agents I had called the restaurant to verify (something that should be done by UberEats) I drove to the restaurant after and there was not attempt on Uber support to even contact the restaurant.

@Uber_Canada They were fine with the cancellation and even told me I would get a refund from Uber. I tried the support chat twice but they kept telling me the same thing - that once the order is accepter and cancelled, I cannot get a refund because the food was already being made.
