I think we underestimated how bad the Patriots aura suffered in the post season. Even when we won we got clowned. Players see that. Cold weather, giant taxes AND kind of a punchline to end the season does not make a premium FA destination.

While #Patriots greatest need THIS season may be edge, LB or RB, their biggest team need moving forward is still WR. It's always been receiver. If can get stud under control for couple years that's worth a day 2 pick. All other positions more easily addressed in offseason/draft.
