We are dedicated to working towards addressing poverty through policy. We pledge to fight for real, legal change because food drives and welfare have not been enough, are not enough, and will never be enough. Please help us spread our message. Change is necessary.
Our transit discussion last night was successful! If you missed it, we posted it to YouTube and you can watch it there! Sadly, the first few minutes were cut off due to technical difficulties. https://t.co/RTOGwcDNwT
@MemphisBRU Hi there, the hosts forgot to set it up for recording, so sadly it will not be streamed online at the moment, I will update you if they fix it.
Hello everyone! We are proud to announce the Youth Voices Transit Discussion, hosted virtually on March 24th from 5:00 to 7:00! Sign up at https://t.co/zIYMGQ24dR to join the Zoom call or watch the YouTube live stream at https://t.co/Y7lGaTPA6H
Our group leaders just got off of a call with @gabbysalinas! We plan to propose a research study with the @uofmemphis to research bus lines for MATA soon!
By increasing accessibility to public transportation, those in poverty can in turn access jobs and education that is otherwise unreachable. We must fight for improved infrastructure in transportation!
