You have not demonstrated any good reason for why they should be segregated. How would you feel if I said "Keep the Spanish speakers away from the English speakers, they're outsiders."

This estrogen decreases body/muscle mass to that of cisgender women. The Olympics already has the medically transitioned requirement and no problems so far. This new rule is just bigotry.
