@sydneyroosters can we have white shorts back with the home jersey? We actually looked like us for the first time this year last week in the heritage strips.
@sydneyroosters Brah ๐ญ white shorts back is goated and long overdue but that collarโฆ Queensland and the Warriors get it right this is just a T shirt neckline with a button and some flaps sewn in.
@Katzo60@sydneyroosters Some great future talent in that side + how much better does the home jersey look with the traditional white shorts, need this to return in first grade.
@TrainLinkNorth would have been helpful to know that the modified 18:49 Gosford service would be leaving prior to the delayed โ6:45โ service now moving at a snail pace. Could have swapped to the other train if announced (as it typically is when this occurs due to delays)
@Katzo60@nrlphysio@sydneyroosters Alan, is it still true that weโve not fielded a full-strength/first choice side since the 2019 GF? I recall they came close in R10 2024 but Brandon Smith was a late scratching.
@TrainLinkNorth Thanks. Iโm referring to the fact that every day, the demand for this train continue to compound after Hornsby. Currently scheduled to arrive at Central 14 minutes late, delays regularly push 20+ minutes. Train is currently crawling past Meadowbank.
@JHughes78072519@Katzo60@SnoogThe@sydneyroosters Funnily enough, the club and adidas sell the white shorts as โhomeโ and the navy as โawayโ online and in the team store. Iโd like to see the club revert to the (more aesthetically pleasing) tradition by end of year similar to 2010 with the full V coming back mid year. Weโll see!
@JHughes78072519@Katzo60@SnoogThe@sydneyroosters Absolutely. The balance of colours is now off and it gives the whole thing too much of a bodysuit look. Not to mention the contrast with other teams is now heavily reduced. Let alone the tradition aspect of it all.
@Katzo60 Understandable Alan. Appreciate the response. The few troublemakers are the reason why there canโt be an official endorsement, fans were similarly warned in the AFL (where there was more of a precedent) but the attached indicate to me the โrulesโ in this case were empty threats.
@Katzo60 Hi Alan, long-time follower. Do you think running onto the field was appropriate given the moment? Regardless of any legal obligation the NRL/SFS have regarding the threat of bans/fines? Much like the fans sitting on the roof at the 65 GF, I see this being an enduring image.
