AGREEMENT REACHED: Kise says they'll agree to maintain the Schwab account in cash and give Knight exclusive control of the account. Under a previous agreement, a Trump trust shared control. Seems like this will moot the AG's challenge to the bond.

Our team led by partner Christopher Leung, along with Mobilization for Justice and Peter Romer-Friedman PLLC, has filed a lawsuit against NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) on behalf of taxi drivers who were unfairly targeted by race and fined for illegal airport pickups.
The lawsuit alleges that the NYC TLC violated constitutional rights and doled out excessive fines when it conducted undercover stings at JFK and LaGuardia. The NYC Law Dept. filed a motion to dismiss on July 5, claiming the suit lacks merit. The drivers are pushing for a trial.
Rafi noted, "the risk for delay is very substantial … I think it's going to have a chilling effect on bringing good, meritorious claims."

The ruling favors corporate defendants, even ones that do not even have a valid arbitration clause, and corporations’ new tool for staying lawsuits will come at the expense of consumers and workers.
