@CityNewsTO Maybe because they were ridiculous rules to begin with. I grew up in the area and over the last 20+years have never thought about the cars there much less thought that they were a problem .
This is an accessibility issue and is blatantly abelist from the city.

Loss of coverage for many Canadians. I'm in an industry that usually doesn't offer benefits through work and I have been declined drug coverage by 2 different insurers due to my medications. This needs to be addressed

Difficult for people to get to. Also there are probably people who don't want to start going in the first place because they know that if they don't go regularly that they will be harrased by constant phone calls to book another appointment
