Pretty shambolic at @BristolAirport this evening. Huge queues to get past security, which only has one belt open! Now we’re airside and most of the shops and food concessions are closed! It’s 7.50pm in an airport, why are the food places closed?
@British_Airways it’s 11.15am on a Thursday, and your customer service phone line is saying it’s not available to ‘protect the welfare of your employees’. You website is still not working. Can you tell me how I raise a complaint? You seem to have closed all channels for this!
@British_Airways attempting to submit a complaint and compensation request for a recent flight that was delayed by over 9 hrs. Phone line keeps hanging up on me and the website is ‘experiencing problems’. No live chat option. Resorting to twitter. Another terrible BA service.
I arrived at @HeathrowAirport T5 at 9am yesterday,spent the entire time I was there in a check-in queue & had to be fast tracked through security 20 mins before my 3.15pm flight was due to leave. 6 hr wait to check-in. Think twice before you fly from Heathrow! @British_Airways
@British_Airways staff at T5 Heathrow yesterday were little more than crowd control. Virtually none of them could do anything to help the legions of people missing their flights due to 5+ check-in queues.
@British_Airways please understand that your PAYING customers just want actual people to help them when they need help. Not ticketing agents on the end of a phone, that no one can get through to, not even your own check-in employees!
All day @British_Airways have been saying the 3.15pm to LAX was full and they couldn’t get me on it after cancelling my 10.15am flight. They acquiesced about 5 mins before the flight closed. Now I’m on board and I can see at least 9 empty seats 🤦♂️
Still total chaos in Heathrow T5 with zero communication from @British_Airways One Heathrow agent told me there are no BA customer agents in the airport. They are all working from home. The board says flights are on time, the app says they are delayed.
@British_Airways flight ticketing nightmare. I’m on a flight, check-in desk says I’m not. I speak to an @AmericanAir agent, who sorts it out for me. I was on the flight! @British_Airways maybe you can employ some AA staff.
@British_Airways total shambles with my booking. Flight delayed, then cancelled, then just delayed. No email or text to tell me. No option to wait on the phone queue. Just a message telling me your busy and to try again later.
