@polly_harrison @EmbassySuites Made reservations for 11 rooms, all double doubles. Ended up getting 9 king-sized beds and a couch bed, plus 2 double doubles. Made reservations in September for a 2 night stay in November! Several other schools in the same predicament. No intentions of honoring our reservation!

Now @EmbassySuites is telling me that because we were part of a convention, they are unable to directly help me with this issue. I guess if you are with a group of teenagers then they feel like that can manipulate your reservation without issues. Very sad.

Disappointed in @EmbassySuites - booked 11 double rooms in Grapevine, Tx and arrived to find that 9 rooms had been made king rooms. 2 grown sized people are sleeping on full bed foldouts in each room. When asked about compensation for this they said we “already had a good rate”

@EmbassySuites And our comfort has already been compromised. After trying to fix this issue for 2 days we have already checked out. It is at this point that I expect to be compensated financially.
