…to then book a collection appointment and sit waiting 58 minutes just to have someone hand over a 6 months supply of the same pill. I’ve got to come back and do this all again in June JUST IN CASE this one (12 years) isn’t right for me (12 years). Ok yeah cool right sure!

I am hugely grateful that contraception is free in the UK. HOWEVER why do we have to sometimes jump through hoops to receive it? I have been on the same contraceptive pill for TWELVE years and yet to simply get more I had to wait 2 weeks for a telephone appointment…

… to have said telephone appointment where they ask the same questions I’ve answered a hundred+ times. I get it’s important but no the same health conditions still don’t run in my family and yes I do know how the pill is to be taken after spending almost half my life taking it…

What is up with @ZARA_Care customer service? Self service machine didn’t give receipt so I’m refused an exchange - fair ish. I wait a day to get e-receipt while store holds last skirt in my size back for 48 hours. Go back under 24 hours later with receipt and they have sold it!?
