Dr. Maurice Sholas, a children’s doctor at 𝐎𝐜𝐡𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡’𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥, went on a public social-media rant referring to white people as the “𝘮𝘢𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘦 ��𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘶𝘴” and openly threatening Louisiana state legislators that he would “𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘳𝘶𝘱𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮.”

Then comes the question every Louisiana parent is now asking: “𝘞𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘬𝘪𝘥’𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴?” A man who publicly racializes white patients and threatens elected officials is currently licensed by the state of Louisiana to practice medicine on children.
