You have to believe in the process first, and then trust in the process.
Anything you do is going to have setbacks. Are you confident enough in yourself and the process to stay the course? Or do you freak out and change everything? The great ones stay calm, cool and collected. They evaluate the big picture, but they trust in their process. They don’t make wholesale changes for the sake of making changes.
They know it’s the small, consistent wins everyday that will build momentum and eventually pay off in big ways.
When setbacks happen, stay the course. Trust in the process. Get back to work. Stay committed to the little habits that lead to success. Remain confident in the process, knowing it will pay off.
