1. Ragana police station in Migori County a teacher died while in police custody. They said that he hanged himself using his shirt.
2. Matasia police station in Kajiado a man died while in police custody. They said he hanged himself using his shoe laces.

@ExamsCouncil has been paying Supervisors and Invigilators ( @TSC_KE teachers) Ksh 650 and KSh. 430 per day since 1997 to date respectively.
While marking they are paid a coordination fee of Ksh 150.
Principals and headteachers are paid ksh 500 per day.
