FED DECISION - 6/17/2026

1️⃣The Fed held rates unchanged for the 4th straight meeting, with a unanimous 12-0 vote.

2️⃣Inflation remains the main concern, with the Fed saying inflation is still “elevated” and PCE may not return to 2% until 2028.

3️⃣Growth expectations were lowered, while half of Fed officials still see at least one more hike this year.

The Fed is clearly bracing for sticky inflation.

Lummis warns we could be waiting until 2030 for real crypto regulation.

Writing on social media @SenLummis warned that the next chance for real crypto regulation will be as late as 2030, if this congress does not pass something meaningful.

She believes the CLARITY Act is the solution and must be passed with all haste.

"Until then, developers remain exposed with no legal protections", wrote Lummis.
