Our mind will try to make reasons for any emotion we have. That's what the mind does. When this happens, it's important to put attention on the sensation of the emotion in the physical body. This helps get to the root of what's going on and what to do about it.

Attachment Healing is core to dealing with issues that come up in intimate relationships, especially polyamorous and open relationships. Addressing these issues is paramount to creating healthy & sustainable relationships with yourself and with others.
Polyamory only works when those involved are willing to look at what comes up for them and take steps to address things in healthy ways. Anything less than this creates pain and drama.
When we choose to be something other than who we are, things get complicated fast. There's another way: listen to your body. Your body knows. And if you're not sure how to listen to your body, begin with your breath.
