Asking for 32h/w+OT, whilst complaining of fatigue over short staffing, is illogical IF you still want to allow staff to work MORE than 32h/w.

Presumably also increasing union revenue by those hired to fill the 8h/w,

Otherwise it’s like a kid saying they are full but have room for pudding 🍮
