There’s one terribly true part about the Biggest Loser documentary that no one is talking about, but they should be:
If “starvation mode” was real, the show wouldn’t have existed.
Here’s what’s working for me:
1. Get people to “raise their hands” by talking about a specific result
2. Show them what about their nutrition is holding them back
3. They love it
4. They sign up as a nutrition client
5. I make full time income working 1 day a week
Unpopular opinion:
Obese people aren’t dumb or lazy.
They haven’t been taught what matters most when it comes to losing weight.
Or had the opportunity to build the habits or structure to lose the weight and keep it off.
Could you lose weight by following that new diet that worked for your co-worker?
Yes. It’s possible.
But you’ll save a lot of time, money and energy, hiring a nutrition coach to create something that WILL work for you.
The biggest threat to reaching
your goals in 2024 isn't:
- that they're too big
- you aren't capable or
- someone else is better
The biggest, and honestly only,
threat are all of the distractions.
The internet is a weird place for
training and health advice:
Don't be afraid of getting sore,
having a few drinks or even
normal temperature baths, OK?
Let me ask you this:
If you committed to ABSOLUTELY,
without a DOUBT, NOT starting
a weight loss diet on January 2nd...
Do you still gain weight over the Christmas holidays?

All of my nutrition clients track calories and macros. Why?
Because it's the best chance they have at getting results and anything less would be a disservice to them.
