@ChefTomKerridge hi tom, bit of a silly question but i am dying to cook your slow roasted lamb on spuds. i wont be using a 2kg leg of lamb or i will be eating it for weeks. if i do half the size lamb what cooking time do you suggest? the same or less with it being a smaller piece?
