@AmazonHelp I'm locked out my acnt & can't get anyone to help. Did web chat with cust service rep last Thurs & promised someone would contact within 24hrs. Nothing. Can't redo web chat cos I'm locked out. Called support y'day & was told I'd have response in 24 hrs. Nothing. Help.
@AmazonHelp Thanks for the link. I can't do that since the payment method I'm being asked to verify is not my payment card. I've explained this over and over to multiple reps now. I've checked junk/spam and nothing. I need help to get this resolved.

@Hoseasons - I need to speak to someone ASAP - my balance is due tomorrow but after the announcement on Monday we are no longer legally allowed to take the holiday so I would like to cancel and get a full refund. I cannot get through on the phone at all.
The mRNA vaccines (Pfizer and Moderna) are kind of brilliant at a science level. I’ve had a few people in my real non-Twitter life ask me to explain how it works so I’m going to try my best here in this thread while I’m waiting for a patient to show.

@JustEatUK Trying 2get a refund 4 an order on Sat - 50mins late, inedible food, missing items, items not ordered, restaurant didn't seem to care. No one can help me cos the order isn't marked as complete. No help - bad service from the restaurant now bad service from JustEat :(
