@MaclarenService I can see so many people on here all complaining about your appalling customer service! I wish I’d looked on here before purchasing from you. I don’t even want a replacement anymore I just want my £ back.
@jbkoep@MaclarenService I’ve been waiting three months to receive a replacement stroller, their customer service is appalling. I’ve now had to take it to the ombudsman unfortunately. Good luck!

@MaclarenService It’s now a week & I still haven’t received any tracking information from you, therefore I will now be taking this to the small claims court.
@AmazonHelp It was sold via Amazon UK and returned to Maclaren to be repaired when brakes went after 2 months. This was in August & I still haven’t received the replacement. Cannot get any response from them hence resorting to Twitter.

@MaclarenService I still haven’t received a tracking number from you - you’ve left me no choice but to contact @BBCWatchdog about this matter now. Genuinely the worst customer treatment I’ve ever received. Utterly bizarre.

@MaclarenService Thank you. Can I ask why this order was only placed yesterday & not back in August when you rcvd the faulty one, like I was told? I have had to buy a cheap replacement from eBay in the meantime in order to transport my son. Can u pls send me tracking details ASAP.
