🥹 A FORMER K-POP IDOL NOW WORKS FOUR DIFFERENT JOBS AFTER HIS GROUP DISBANDED — BUT HE SAYS HE HAS NEVER BEEN HAPPIER IN HIS LIFE.
Meet Park Hyun-bin, former leader of the boy group ARrC, who went from performing on stage to working at a logistics centre and construction sites just to support himself.
At just 22, he had already spent years chasing his dream of becoming a K-pop idol. He started training at 14, appeared on Boys Planet in 2023 and finally debuted with ARrC in August 2024.
But less than two years later, the group disbanded.
After losing the career he had worked towards for most of his teenage years, Hyun-bin decided to start over.
He now juggles four part-time jobs: two regular jobs, shifts at a Coupang logistics centre and construction-site work.
And despite how physically exhausting his new routine can be, his outlook on life is something nobody expected.
He said he has never felt this peaceful and happy in his entire life because he finally feels like he is in control of his own life.
He even described himself as a bird flying freely, higher than anyone else.
But don't mistake his happiness for giving up on his dream.
He revealed that even while carrying packages at the logistics centre or sitting down to eat, he still finds himself thinking about one thing:
"The place I belong is on stage."
He promised that no matter how long it takes, he will return to performing someday.
He may have lost his first shot at idol life, but he hasn't lost himself or his dream.
Sometimes starting over is not the end of your story. ❤️
Do you think he made the right choice by walking away from idol life for now?
Or should he have kept chasing the dream full-time, even if it meant struggling?
