@garry_83 Thanks @Garry_83. I think you're right - It seems to be a routing issue from any number that originated on the Vodafone network, even if they've since been ported elsewhere.
We have seen a spike in problems with most major telephone providers, nationwide. This is causing intermittent call problems on all services. If your call does not connect, please try again. We'll post an update when we have more info. #bt#phones#outage#vodafone#gamma#o2

Internet and Telephony services are now returning to normal. Packet loss is reduced. We will post an update when we know what caused the Internet outage.
Internet issues seem to be routing related. We are seeing massive packet loss to Microsoft hosted services (and others). Our advice to customers it to simply keep trying. Rebooting PCs and routers won't help this time. #Internetshutdown
