Introducing Ponperty : Property income. On-chain accounting. Verifiable records.
Ponperty is building infrastructure that connects property operations to a pooled income vault, bringing deposits, income accrual, redemptions, and monthly reporting into one documented system.
The architecture has three core components:
β’ Standardized vault participation. Native ETH deposits are wrapped 1:1 into WETH, with depositors receiving vPON, an ERC-4626 vault share representing participation in the pooled vault.
β’ Time-based income accrual. Operators contribute collected income without minting additional shares. Each contribution begins vesting at the next UTC midnight and accrues over 30 days to investors holding vPON during that period. Redemptions return ETH against available vested assets.
β’ A verifiable monthly close. The Ponperty Roll reconciles rent collected, arrears, expenses, and vault cash. A deterministic CSV receives a SHA-256 commitment alongside an on-chain vault snapshot, allowing the published documentβs integrity to be independently checked.
The research pipeline currently spans 12 property candidates across seven target destinations, with property onboarding still ahead. Income participation is represented by vPON, todayβs token announcement introduces $PONPERTY

Our ambition: make the path from property cash flow to on-chain participation transparent, measurable, and easier to inspect.

One vault, one share.
Deposit native ETH and receive vPON, an ERC-4626 share. The vault wraps ETH into WETH at 1:1 and every holder shares the same accounting.
What moves the vPON share price?
ETH actually held by the vault, as it vests. Appraisals, asking prices and unpaid invoices never enter the calculation.
Income is prospective.
Whoever holds vPON while a contribution vests shares in it. Buying right before a contribution and redeeming right after does not capture it.
The vault has no administrator withdrawal function.
It cannot spend depositor assets, which keeps redemption accounting limited to the liquid ETH backing.
How a monthly close is locked in.
The close engine checks cash reconciliation, writes a canonical CSV, and commits its SHA-256 digest to an append only registry with the vault snapshot.
Download a monthly report, drop it into the Roll, and your browser hashes it. The file is never uploaded.
A matching hash proves the document is the one that was published.
No waiting line to leave.
Redeeming burns your vPON, unwraps WETH and returns native ETH, with no exit queue. A minimum output guard and a five minute deadline protect every transaction.
How income reaches vPON holders.
After ETH arrives, net rent starts vesting at the next UTC midnight and accrues over 30 days. Unvested income is not counted in redemption value.
What the monthly close looks like from the operator side.
Reconcile the ledger, generate a deterministic CSV, and commit its SHA-256 hash beside a snapshot of the vault. Published closes cannot be edited.
