@allanimedoc I think the issues are mainly that Enel attacks didn't kill anyone so hard to say he isn't weak when he has destruction power but doesn't have a kill count. Oda does regret doing Skypia early though hopefully we see Enel back he also i would say beat luffy just didn't finish him
