@AuctionChef @0xsebastiena @zksync That makes sense, but how do they figure out who gets charged what? In theory the avg cost of each L2 tx decreases as more tx update the same slot right? IE diff_cost/1tx vs diff_cost/10tx. Do they just issue refunds to the L2 transactors after the diff publishes to L1?

@SmallCapScience How would you collect the calendar events to distribute? Doubt there is a consistent data stream to pull from. Crowdsource them maybe? Someone adds an event and people can upvote it for more visibility? Or maybe verified accounts (projects/DAOs) can add their events?

@OwenP30 @SpookySwap Pretty sure you are vulnerable to the same thing. Your domain still has to set an authoritative name server and your name server still has to point to an IPFS gateway to resolve that CID and serve over http.

It's just a fact of how domain name registrars and name servers work.
